Using Type in Career Counseling aids a career counselor as he or she uses typological concepts, both to understand their own role and with the client.

Using Type in Career Counseling includes type-based exercises, including a card sort, to assist people in search of a job or a career choice. There are also exercises for the Career Counselor him/herself to use to further refine the ways he/she uses type in the counseling relationship.
